Welcome to Telmo Diet. We are committed to providing our clients with top quality meal plans. The following terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Telmo Diet ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By using our website and purchasing our meal plans, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our meal plans.

We provide a meal plan service for a fee of €100. This includes detailed meal plans designed for one person and is meant for personal, non-commercial use only.

You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information for all required fields to register for our service. If we believe that the information provided is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we may deny or terminate your access to the website or service.

Payment for the meal plans is to be made upfront in full via the accepted payment methods indicated during the checkout process. All transactions are final and non-refundable.

The meal plans and related content provided on the website are our property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise use the meal plans and related content except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Our meal plans are designed for generally healthy adults. If you have any special dietary needs or a medical condition, you should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any diet plan.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages or losses (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, loss of profits, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if we or our representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may change these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know by posting the updated Terms on our website. Changes will be effective upon the posting of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Telmo Diet is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
